2013年第十一届“海内外博士绍兴行”活动公告

为进一步加大高层次创新创业人才和海外高层次人才和高科技成果引进力度，实施创新驱动发展战略，促进战略性新兴产业的发展，国家人社部留学人员和专家服务中心、浙江省人力资源和社会保障厅、绍兴市人民政府将于2013年10月下旬再次联合举办第十一届“海内外博士绍兴行”活动暨人才科技项目合作洽谈会。现将活动有关事宜公告如下：

一、活动主要内容

1、考察绍兴各大开发区、特色产业及其重点企业;

2、参加人才科技项目合作洽谈会;

3、举行合作项目签约仪式。

二、报名条件

报名者须具有博士学历，拥有自主知识产权的高新技术项目，事先和附件2所列及其它绍兴企事业单位进行联络对接。

三、报名办法

有意参加这次活动的海内外博士，请务必于8月20日前翔实填写第十一届“海内外博士绍兴行”活动报名表(见附件1)，以电子邮件的方式发给我们。其中，通过项目对接，和绍兴企事业单位达成初步合作意向的博士，我们将于9月上旬发出正式邀请。

四、旅费补助

应邀参加活动的海内外博士活动期间的食宿由主办方提供。每位海外博士可凭一个月内有效签证或回国机票领取5500元的交通费补助。先期回国的海外博士和国内博士，给予2500元的交通费补助。
