协会与杭州合作，组织报名杭州国际人才大会（11/11-14)，这次活动采用定向邀请方式，协会有部分名额定向邀请。有申报国千或省千意向的优先（要求是博士学位，3年海外工作经验，尚未回国或回国未满一年），报名27号截止！先报先邀请。是否申报国千不是参加杭州会议的必须条件，但愿意申报会优先考虑。

报名杭州活动要求： 1 拥有博士学位 2 有创新创业项目。报名请发1. 海外高层次人才情况表， 2. 博士学位复印件， 3 协会信息汇总表。用您中文名命名文件，发送到协会秘书处。邮件主题写：“您中文名+项目名称+是否申报国千”。

杭州国际人才交流与项目合作大会定于2023年11月12-14日在杭州举行，报到时间为11月11日9:00-23:00。我们诚挚邀请拥有博士学位的海外留学人员携带创新创业项目报名参加杭州国际人才交流与项目合作大会，大会将为受邀来杭参会的人员提供在杭活动期间（11月11日-11月14日12：00）的免费食宿。大会日程全部结束后，将对从海外来杭的受邀参会者发放一定标准的国际差旅费补贴（须全程参与大会安排日程并凭2023年10月1日后入境的旅行证件领取）。欧美￥7000，亚洲￥3500。具体标准以正式邀请函为准。
