2023杭州市海外高层次人才创新创业大赛
| 报名截止：2023年7月30日
| 邀请对象：
1.留学人员要求在海外取得硕士及以上学位；
2.年龄在55周岁以下；
3.参赛者可以以个人或者团队形式报名，不多于三个核心成员，只能申报一个项目，必须有对自己参赛项目的合法知识产权或使用授权；
4.已在杭州落地创新创业的人员不再作为参赛对象。
| 配套资助:
大赛设一等奖1个，二等奖4个，三等奖7个，优胜奖若干个，获奖项目可分别获得20万元、10万元、5万元和2万元人民币的奖金。
进入大赛复赛阶段的项目对应资助金额20万元，进入大赛决赛阶段的项目对应资助金额100万元，获得大赛总决赛一、二、三等奖的项目对应资助金额分别为500万、300万、200万元。
“西部振兴”专项赛1-3名的项目对应资助金额100万元，“西部振兴”专项赛4-12名的项目对应资助金额50万元；如项目最终选择杭州市其他区落地，将按照复赛名次享受对应资助金额20万元。

Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition for Overseas Talents 2023•Hangzhou
| Registration deadline: July 30, 2023
| Eligibility：
1. Eligible contestants should be under 55 with a master (or above) degree, have experience in making technological innovations or running startups, and acquire new technologies or products with a broad market prospect.
2.Both individuals or teams are allowed to apply. A team candidate should contain, aside from the owner of the projects, no more than three team members.Each contestant, either as an individual or a team candidate, is allowed to submit only ONE project.In a team candidate the core member should legally own the intellectual property rights of the project or be authorized to use it.
3.Those who have started business in Hangzhou are not eligible for the Competition.
| Prizes and Support Measures
We offer altogether ONE First Prize (200,000 RMB), FOUR Second Prizes (100,000 RMB), SEVEN Third Prizes (50,000 RMB) and several Winning Prizes (20,000 RMB).
The corresponding subsidy amount for projects entering the semi-finals stage of the competition is 200000 yuan, and the corresponding subsidy amount for projects entering the finals stage of the competition is 1 million yuan. The corresponding subsidy amounts for projects that have won the first, second, and third prizes in the finals of the competition are 5 million yuan, 3 million yuan, and 2 million yuan, respectively.
The corresponding funding amount for the projects ranked 1-3 in the "Western Revitalization" special competition is 1 million yuan, and the corresponding funding amount for the projects ranked 4-12 in the "Western Revitalization" special competition is 500000 yuan; If the project ultimately chooses to land in other districts of Hangzhou, it will enjoy a corresponding subsidy amount of 200000 yuan according to the ranking of the semi-finals.
