广州人才工作网即将上线 打造人才工作的前沿阵地

随着去年广州市人才工作局成立，广州市的人才工作也随之迈入了新的阶段。据了解，作为国内首个地方人才工作局，该局对理顺关系、整合资源、破除条块分割、形成人才工作合力进行了积极探索创新，在全国地方党委组织部门中具有首创示范意义。与广州市人才工作局同时诞生的还有广州全新的网络人才工作宣传平台，即"人才广州"政务微博。如今，该局的另一个重要网络资讯及服务平台"广州人才工作网"也在紧张筹备当中，据悉，最快将于5月23日正式上线运营。

据相关负责人介绍，"广州人才工作网"是由广州市人才工作局主办的网络信息传播平台，旨在对外展示广州创新创业的政策环境、传播"广纳天下英才"的人才理念，打造面向高层次人才、创新创业团队、人才工作者的全天候服务窗口以及招商引智的资讯平台。网站在保持信息权威性的同时，充分发挥互联网特性，增强新引力、可读性、亲和力，力求打造成为广州人才工作的新闻传播中心和前沿阵地。

即将上线的"广州人才工作网"汇集了新闻资讯以及在线服务两大功能体系，分为人才工作动态、前沿资讯、申报系统、政策专区四大主体板块，并细分为科技、金融产业等行业动态信息以及人才聚集工程、人才政策、市以及各区县工作动态、这里是广州等十余个频道，另外又设置了中国留学人员广州科技交流会以及"千人计划"南方创业服务中心两个专题网站，除了提供专业的新闻资讯以外，还提供了人才工程申报、在线咨询、工作动态投稿等服务以及论坛、博客公众交流平台。

同时，"广州人才工作网"也与国内知名人才工作网站"千人计划网"合作，是"千人计划网"的首个城市频道。网站将依托"千人计划网"强大的品牌效应和丰富的资源，进一步提升人才工作质量。今后还将继续探索"线上线下同步宣传"的运营模式，筹备丰富的线下主题活动，比如"创业中国梦"主题沙龙、地方性人才政策与科技项目巡展、千人计划申报辅导会等，让"广州人才工作网"成为一个"接地气"的人才服务平台，帮助人才跨越发展、加强人才沟通服务。
