Die Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg ist mit 9.700 Studierenden, 210 Professorinnen und Professoren sowie 450 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern eine der größten Hochschulen für angewandte Wissenschaften in Bayern. Ziele und Aufgaben:
Im Forschungscluster RAKS werden die Aktivitäten zu Robotik (Industrierobotik) und Smart Grid (für Stromnetze, Elektromobilität und Stromnetze) mit Algorithmen, Kommunikation, und Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion verfolgt.

Sie unterstützen forschende Professorinnen/Professoren bei:
• Mitarbeit bei der Einwerbung von Drittmitteln auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene, bei Antragstellung, Vertragsgestaltung und Erstellung von Finanzierungsplänen
• Selbstständiges Projektmanagement der laufenden Forschungsprojekte
• Aktive Mitwirkung an Forschungsprojekten
• Übernahme von Lehrveranstaltungen / Praktika im Umfang von 3 Semesterwochenstunden pro Semester
• Eine berufliche Weiterqualifikation z.B. zum Master bei Bachelorabschluss bzw. Promotion bei Masterabschluss oder Postdoc wird unterstützt
• Herstellen und Vertiefen von Kontakten zu Unternehmen, Forschungseinrichtungen und Hochschulen
• Unterstützung bei der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
