一、举办单位
大赛由泰州医药高新技术产业园区(中国医药城)主办，由中国国际人才市场医药专业市场、泰州市人才服务中心承办，相关投资机构、海外华人社团协办。
二、参赛对象
生物技术与新医药领域拥有自主知识产权，有意自主创业的高层次人才(团队)。参赛人员须同时符合以下条件：
(一)一般应取得硕士以上学位或副高级以上职称;
(二)一般应有创新创业经历，或曾在知名企业、高校(科研院所)担任过中高级管理或技术职务，熟悉医药产业和国际规则，有较强的经营管理能力;
(三)有相对成熟的创业项目与商业计划，技术成果国内国际领先，有较好的市场和产业化前景;
(四)核心创新创业人才年龄一般不超过55周岁，特别优秀的年龄可适当放宽。
已获得泰州地方人才引进计划资助的人才(团队)、落户的项目，原则上不得参赛。

Willian 在 周一, 09/01/2014 - 21:08 提交围绕佛山市三水区“产业新城、南国水都、广佛肇绿芯”的发展目标，全面实施创新驱动发展战略的工作部署，根据《佛山市三水区创新人才团队创业计划扶持办法》(三委办发〔2012〕89号)，现启动2014年三水区创新人才团队创业计划申报工作，相关事宜说明如下：
一、申报条件
(一)申请三水区创新人才团队创业计划扶持的团队所从事的行业应属于电子信息技术、高端装备制造、新能源、新材料、生物医药、食品饮料、汽车及零部件、现代服务业等战略性新兴产业和三水区重点发展的产业，或者是有利于三水区传统产业改造升级的领域。
(二)申请团队需由3人以上(含3人)组成，且团队成员在管理、技术、市场营销等方面有相关经验。
(三)申请团队已在三水区注册成立公司的，管理部门受理申请材料时，从营业执照注册日期至申报截止日期不能超过2年。申请团队未注册成立公司的，需承诺若通过评定，将在3个月内在三水区完成公司注册手续。
(四)创新人才团队新注册公司的注册资金不能少于200万元人民币。如已成立的公司注册资本未达200万元人民币，需承诺若通过评定，将在认定后3个月内在三水区完成增资手续。
(四)申请团队注册新公司的法人代表需为团队核心成员。
