The Max Planck Research Group "Mechanisms of Normative Change" at the Max-Planck-Institute for Research on Collective Goods aims to fill several research positions as soon as possible. We are looking for a
Post-Doctoral Social Scientist
(full-time position)

to conduct interdisciplinary research on social norms or diffusion processes in social and economic environments.
Applicants should hold a PhD or equivalent or should be close to completion, and should have a strong interest in the conceptual development of models of normative change and their empirical evaluation.
The position is open to experts pursuing research on
social norms
behavioral game theory
experimental methods
social diffusion in networks, or
agent based modelling.
Experience with the implementation of web-based experiments is a strong plus.
