为继承和发扬“北大精神”；加强校友之间以及同母校的联系；推动中德，特别是北大与德国的双边学术交流；促进文化和民族通融等各领域的宽容与多元意识，德国北京大学校友会已于2013年3月25日正式成立，继而于8月22日在法兰克福地方法院正式注册，并具有德国税法意义上的公益性。
德国北京大学校友会将于2013年11月10日周日在法兰克福举行德国北京大学校友会揭牌庆典暨首届年会，邀请北京大学校领导、中国驻徳使领馆领导、德国大学代表、兄弟协会代表、旅德学者学生参加。届时将有嘉宾致辞、校友报告会和其他文娱活动，多家媒体也将到场采访。
地点：Renate von Metzler Saal im Casino-Gebäude (地图中2a）, Campus Westend der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt, Grüneburgplatz 1, 60323 Frankfurt am Main
从法兰克福总站乘S3 / S4 / S5 / S6城铁到法兰克福西站,换乘36路大巴到Campus Westend站下车。开车者可以把车停在Hansaallee或Fürstenbergerstraße 路边上的大学停车场中。
