Die Klinik und Poliklinik für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin betreibt rund 20 Spezialambulanzen wie die Diabetologie, die Immunologie und die Pulmologie. Sie stellt ihr Know-how im Rahmen von Kooperationen allen Kinderkliniken der Umgebung zur Verfügung. Neben den stationären Behandlungsmöglichkeiten stehen verschiedene Funktionsabteilungen für die Diagnose der Patienten zur Verfügung.
Zum 01.10.2015 ist eine Stelle als
Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter / Postdoc (w/m)
(Entgeltgruppe 13 TV-L)
in Vollzeitbeschäftigung, befristet auf zunächst 15 Monate zu besetzen.
Ein Forschungsschwerpunkt der Arbeitsgruppe ist die Untersuchung des epigenetischen Regulators UTX bei der Hämatopoese. Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Analyse der Interaktionspartner von UTX in Abhängigkeit zu dessen Lokalisierung sowie die Untersuchung des Einflusses von UTX-Mutanten auf die Zelldifferenzierung.
Ihr Profil:
Studium der Naturwissenschaften (Biologie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie) oder der Medizin und eine abgeschlossene Promotion
Eingehende Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der hämatopoetischen Stammzellbiologie und der molekularbiologischen Forschung
Hoch motiviert, flexibel und engagiert für unser Team
Wissenschaftliches Interesse an in vivo Mausmodellen
Der Umgang mit Versuchstieren (Mäusen) und Arbeiten im S2 Bereich sollten für Sie kein Hindernis darstellen
