“创业之桥”是海外高层次人才来常交流合作、创新创业的桥梁纽带，是侨务引智引技引才的品牌活动。“创业之桥”全力打造“一赛一会一平台”，即海外人才常州创新创业邀请赛、洽谈会和服务平台。

连续19年成功举办“创业之桥”—海外人才常州创新创业洽谈会，累计邀请来自27个国家和地区的海外高层次人才1200余名参会，成功引荐250余名海外人才落户常州，70多名海内外高层次人才入选领军型创业创新人才。

当前，常州正围绕“国际化智造名城、长三角中轴枢纽”城市定位，深入推进“532”发展战略，加快建设“两湖”创新区，打造引领长三角、辐射全国、全球有影响力的“新能源之都”和全国青年创新创业最向往的城市。今年，常州将迈入GDP万亿之城，城市能级提升进入“快车道”，更多项目、更多人才、更多资本、更多创新资源正加速汇聚，比以往任何时候都更加渴求优秀人才、优质项目，也比以往任何时候都更有条件成就人才、成就事业。

支持政策

（1）本次大赛设立一、二、三等奖共计15名，另设优胜奖15名。获奖项目将获得大赛组委会颁发的奖杯及荣誉证书（一等奖3万元、二等奖1万元、三等奖0.5万元）；

（2）获奖项目意向落户常州的优先推荐“龙城英才计划”，特别优秀的人才团队创业项目“一事一议”给予最高1亿元的资金支持（详见人才政策）；

（3）所有入围复赛项目团队列入重点服务对象，择优邀请来常参加2023“创业之桥”——海外人才常州创新创业洽谈会，会议期间按相应标准提供免费食宿和交通补贴；
