全球征集科创人才创新项目

围绕数字经济、智能制造、新材料、生命健康四大主要领域，结合各地产业实际，浙江省面向全球征集优质人才创新项目，为有意向回国创新人才提供高校、科研院所、优质企业创新合作平台，创新合作启动资金，及与机构、企业负责人面对面交流的机会。

活动将邀请知名行业专家、投资人、企业负责人等为参加的人才项目提供全方位咨询、资源资金赋能、落地服务保障等。项目征集分两阶段，第一阶段收集简历（包含教育、工作、项目、专利等信息），第二阶段技术、项目路演。对入选人才将给予政策资金、服务等方面落地支持。

*创新人才要求：*

1. 海外获得博士学位

2. 在海外知名高校、科研机构担当于副教授及以上职务/在国外企业担任高级职务

3. 未回国或者2020年9月10号之后回国

4. 海外工作不少于36个月
