2014浙江•杭州国际人才交流与合作大会

为进一步加强与海外高层次人才的交流与合作，吸引更多留学人员来浙发展、来杭创业，自2009年起，杭州已成功举办五届国际人才交流与合作大会，引进了一大批高层次人才和项目，成为海外引才的“金名片”。“2014浙江·杭州国际人才交流与合作大会”拟于11月初在杭州继续举办，大会以“交流、合作、创新、创业”为主题，秉承“立足杭州、面向海外、服务浙江”的宗旨，诚挚邀请广大海外留学人员报名参会，来杭创新创业，将梦想、激情和成就挥洒于杭州这片创业热土上！

活动内容

大会以海外留学人才创业项目洽谈、海外社团优秀创新创业项目发布、海外高层次人才招聘和“千人计划”人选成果项目推介等作为主会场活动，并推出各具特色的分场活动。

邀请对象

海外留学人才：一是取得硕士学位，在国外大学、企业或研究机构从事专业工作三年以上的留学人员；二是取得博士学位的留学人员；三是海外留学人才创新创业团队代表；四是有影响力的海外留学人员社团；五是在产业、专业领域具有独特影响力的海外华人专才；六是已在国内创业的海外高层次留学人才。

国内单位：浙江各市政府有关部门、留学人员创业园以及高校、科研院所等企事业单位，杭州市政府有关部门，各区、县（市）有关部门、开发区、留学人员创业园、科技园、投融资机构、企事业单位。

对接邀请

大会将按照“讲究实效”的办会原则，以适当的形式对外公布海外人才与项目信息，并在对接沟通的基础上，向海外留学人才组织、海外留学人才发出参会邀请函。

参会补助

活动期间，大会为被邀请参会的海外留学人才提供免费食宿。其中，对带技术、带项目、带资金等形式参会的海外留学人才，通过对接、筛选，经大会组委会确认，给予一定标准的国际差旅费补贴。
