1.创业领军人才

创业领军人才，主要指引领我市战略性新兴产业发展方向和特色优势产业转型升级，带团队、带项目、带技术、带资金来湖自主创业、兴办企业的高层次人才。一般应具备下列条件：

(1)年龄一般不超过55周岁，每年在湖州工作不少于6个月;
