协会和宁波合作，共同组织报名第二届“AI宁波”大赛（ 欧洲、美国、加拿大赛区） ，有多个赛道（见附件。包括机器人、新型材料、智能汽车、消费产品、智能芯片、智能传感、智能软件等等）。项目奖金高达2千万，现金奖励高达30万。报名从速！名额有限，先报先审核。目前仅限于欧洲、美国、加拿大地区的会员报名，初赛路演网上，决赛在宁波线下（但也可以选择网上）

报名条件及组别设置

每名参赛选手只能报名一个参赛项目，且一般应满足以下条件：

1. 社会信誉良好、无不良记录；

2. 取得硕士及以上学位；

3.在国内外知名大学、科研机构、医疗卫生机构等担任过正式教学或科研职务（含博士后），或在国内外知名企业担任过管理类、技术类中高级职务；

4. 近2年（2023年1月1日以后）内来宁波创业（工作），或尚未来宁波创业（工作）；

5. 项目负责人须为企业法定代表人、实控人，且在宁波注册的企业不得为异地公司的子公司或分公司；

浙江衢州“南孔精英”创新大赛

一、大赛简介

为进一步集聚海内外高层次创新创业人才，赋能产业链高质量发展，加快推进四省边际中心城市建设，现举行浙江省衢州市“南孔精英”创新大赛。

二、大赛申报领域

材料物理与化学、‌光电子材料与器件、‌储能材料与器件、材料科学与工程‌、新能源材料与器件‌、金属材料、高分子、锂电池、化工材料、复合材料、纳米材料相关专业。

三、大赛申报条件

1.具有博士研究生学位;

2.年龄不超过60周岁，在国外企业担任高级职务或在国外著名高校、科研机构担任相当于副教授及以上职务;或年龄不超过40周岁，在海外知名高校、科研机构、企业研发机构有正式职位，连续工作36个月以上;

3.尚未回国(来华)或回国(来华)不超过2年。

四、大赛时间、地点和条件

大赛将于2025年9月27日至28日在浙江杭州举行。27日（周六）杭州报到，28日上午开始路演。对于受邀请参加杭州线下路演人员：来自于北美、澳大利亚、欧洲，组委会提供7000元交通补贴，来自于亚洲，组委会提供3000元交通补贴。对于线上路演人员：组委会提供300元人民币奖励。

2025第二批特殊申报开始，入选率比往年高。07/30截止申报。

2024年国家级人才计划申报结果已于11月初开始通报，我们协会有多名会员入选，和往年一样，入选率高居榜首。协会2023年入选的会员也已经全部入职。恭喜新入选的会员，也预祝已入职的会员在新的工作岗位上再创辉煌。现在欢迎感兴趣的会员报名2025国家级英才计划（青优、启明计划、火炬计划、瑞金计划等），先报先对接！个人奖金最高可达650万.

各地急需以下产业高层次人才：智能计算、通信网络、智能芯片、电子信息、生物医药、精准医疗、新药创制与医疗器械、工业机器人、节能环保、新能源、新材料，先进制造、泵与电机、机床、光电 等等。鼓励大家申报国家青年人才计划（40岁以下）。

感兴趣申报的会员请尽快填好附件资料（1. 领军人才基本情况登记表，2. 协会信息汇总表 3. 中文简历）发回秘书处。没有海外协会背书，入选的几率非常小。国家毕竟是引进海外的高层次人才。

协会与长三角主要城市合作，协助会员申报国家级领军人才计划。如果您符合条件，我们将代为推荐和对接合作平台（包括上市公司等企业平台），协助申报，包括青年人才。目前预申报工作已经开始，02/14第一批截止！协会并负责衔接落地平台。材料绝对保密。详细待遇和政策以及申报条件见附件。

第七届“创业齐鲁·共赢未来”创业大赛

（德国赛区）暨聊城市2025创业大赛公告

一、大赛设置

大赛时间：2025年5月至7月

大赛地点：德国法兰克福市

赛道领域：设立新一代信息技术、高端装备与智能制造、医养健康、新能源新材料、现代农业、未来产业6大赛道。

参赛对象：有意向在山东落地的创业团队类人选。

奖项设置：遴选优胜人选10人。

拟设置一等奖1名，获奖后一次性奖励6000欧元;二等奖2名，获奖后一次性奖励3600欧元;三等奖3名，获奖后一次性奖励2400欧元;优胜奖4名，获奖后一次性奖励1200欧元。其中每人的600欧元奖金于8月份在济南举行的山东省第七届“创业齐鲁·共赢未来”创业大赛决赛后发放。如果一个获奖者不能线下参加济南决赛，其名额由其他参赛人员替补，600欧元奖金发给替补参会人员。获奖选手在聊城创办企业并完成工商注册、验资等相关工作的，给予25万元人民币创业启动资金；1年后进行评估，运营良好的给予15万元人民币支持。

二、参赛条件

（一）人选基本条件

（1）遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律法规，贯彻落实党和国家方针政策，坚持正确政治方向。

（2）具有良好的职业道德、敬业精神，品行作风端正。

苏州国际精英创业周面向全球项目征集！

苏州国际精英创业周（以下简称“创业周”）是苏州市委市政府着力打造的高层次人才引进和创新创业资源互动平台，自2009年开始，持续以“汇聚全球智慧、打造创业天堂”为主题，邀请带项目、带技术、带资金的高层次创新创业人才（团队），到苏州进行项目对接和洽谈考察。截至2024年底，创业周已成功举办16届，累计吸引4万余名全球高端人才来苏对接，引进落户项目超1.3万个。

为进一步广泛集聚海内外高层次创新创业人才，促进新质生产力加快发展，加快打造人才友好型城市，打响“创新之城、创业之都、创富之地”品牌，第十七届苏州国际精英创业周将于2025年7月9日到12日在苏州举办。

诚邀海内外创新创业人才到苏州实地考察洽谈，力促人才、项目、载体、资金、信息充分对接合作。
