2014年中国医药城高层次人才创业大赛公告

中国医药城，地处长江三角洲16个中心城市之一的江苏省泰州市，由科技部、卫计委、国家食药监总局、国家中医药管理局与江苏省人民政府共同建设，是我国首家国家级医药高新区。为进一步吸引、集聚更多的海内外高层次人才来中国医药城创新创业，决定面向全球举办高层次人才创业大赛。现发布公告如下：

一、举办单位

大赛由泰州医药高新技术产业园区(中国医药城)主办，由中国国际人才市场医药专业市场、泰州市人才服务中心承办，相关投资机构、海外华人社团协办。

二、参赛对象

生物技术与新医药领域拥有自主知识产权，有意自主创业的高层次人才(团队)。参赛人员须同时符合以下条件：

(一)一般应取得硕士以上学位或副高级以上职称;

(二)一般应有创新创业经历，或曾在知名企业、高校(科研院所)担任过中高级管理或技术职务，熟悉医药产业和国际规则，有较强的经营管理能力;

(三)有相对成熟的创业项目与商业计划，技术成果国内国际领先，有较好的市场和产业化前景;

(四)核心创新创业人才年龄一般不超过55周岁，特别优秀的年龄可适当放宽。

已获得泰州地方人才引进计划资助的人才(团队)、落户的项目，原则上不得参赛。

三、赛事流程

(一)报名(即日起至2014年10月5日)

2012泰州市高层次创新创业人才引进计划的申报通知

为深入实施人才强市战略，进一步推动高层次创新创业人才和海外高层次人才引进工作，为争创全省转型升级示范区提供人才和智力保障，现就做好2012年度泰州市高层次创新创业人才引进计划申报工作通知如下：

一、引进重点

1、市委、市政府确定的经济社会发展重大战略、重大决策和重大科技创新工程急需的高层次人才;

2、能够对我市产业结构优化、技术水平提升和高新技术产业、特色产业基地发展有重大影响和带动作用，特别是在生物技术与新医药、电子信息、新能源、装备制造、现代农业、现代服务业和文化产业等重点发展的高科技新兴产业领域从事研发和实施科技成果产业化的高层次人才;

3、实施市级以上重大科技计划项目、创建市级以上企业重大研发机构和技术服务平台所需要的高层次人才;

4、地方、部门、企业及社会资金重点支持的高层次人才。

二、申报条件

1、自主创业人才(A类)

指符合支持重点，以带技术、带项目、带资金的形式来我市投资创(领)办科技型企业的高层次人才或团队。创(领)办企业的主导产品具有自主知识产权，技术水平达到国际先进或国内领先，能够填补国内空白或引领相关产业发展，有较大的市场潜力和预期经济效益。此类人才必须具备以下条件：

(1)具有硕士(含)以上学位或副高级以上职称。
