　　2012年，为了更好地为国内各类有海外高层次人才需求的单位做好服务，中华海外人才网、北美洲中国学人国际交流中心将推出“海智”系列海外人才招聘活动，进一步将活动的覆盖面扩大至包括北美、欧洲、日本等地的全球范围，并将通过一系列有连续性的活动，强化招聘会的前期人才对接工作，并延长这一部分工作的时间(5-6个月)，以求打造真正有实效、有成效的海外人才招聘会!特发布活动公告，具体事项安排如下：

　　一、协办单位

　　中华海外博士联合会、北美华人创业协会、北美华人联合会、海外华人高新技术协会、海外中国同学会、华人科学家及工程师协会、耶鲁大学中国学联、哈佛大学中国学联、南加州大学中国学联。

　　二、“海智”系列活动方案

　　(一)、“海智”系列活动之一：美国、日本招聘专场

　　时间：2012年9月12日-23日(共12天)

　　(二)、海智系列活动之二：国内招聘专场

　　时间：2012年10月30日(待定)

　　(三)、海智系列活动之三：承办海外专场人才招聘会

　　除上述活动之外，中华海外人才网、北美洲中国学人国际交流中心可为有海外人才需求的高校、科研院所、企业及政府在国外举办专场的人才招聘会。
