2024“海归鹭岛”海外留学人才厦门行及“归鹭杯”留学人才创新创业比赛正式启动！

活动时间：7月1日-7月4日

活动地点：中国厦门

主办单位：中共厦门市委人才工作领导小组办公室

此次活动以“海归鹭岛 留厦未来”为主题，发布我市高层次人才岗位信息和博士后招聘信息，邀请海内外高层次留学人才来厦深度考察厦门创新创业环境，与我市企事业单位面对面开展对接洽谈，促进留学人才落地发展。

第二届“归鹭杯”留学人才创新创业大赛（约20个留学人才项目）：针对带项目回国来厦的留学人才举办项目路演比赛，按照专业分3组，并邀请专家现场评分，最终评选出一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名，优秀奖4名。同时，邀请我市各园区、风投机构现场对接洽谈。（评选出一等奖每人1万元，1名；二等奖每人6000元，2名；三等奖每人4000元，3名；优秀奖每人2000元，4名）

活动安排

第一阶段为留学人才项目路演比赛（7月2日）

第二阶段为活动开幕仪式及对接洽谈活动（7月3日上午）

第三阶段参访活动（7月3日下午）

（来厦时间在报到时间5天内即可，不需要提供返程行程，食宿包含7.1-7.4三晚，交通补贴定额2000元）

1、海外院校毕业或在读博士

2、未参与过福建省其他人才活动或创新创业比赛
