| 项目资助：

*
对入选的科技创新领域创新人才、创业人才、外裔人才、青年人才项目一次性给予100万元项目资助，海鸥人才项目一次性给予50万元项目资助；对入选的城市经济领域的创新人才、创业人才项目一次性给予50万元项目资助。
*
对入选的科技创新领域双创团队项目，按A、B、C三个层次分两期分别给予2000万元、1000万元、500万元项目资助；对入选的城市经济领域双创团队项目，按A、B、C三个层次分两期分别给予500万元、300万元、100万元项目资助。
*
对入选的资本引才团队项目，按申报时实际到位民间资本货币投资的30%给予项目资助，资助金额向下取整至十万位，一般不超过2000万元。项目资助经费一般在团队入选1年后分2期拨付，每期安排50%。团队项目企业在甬注册之日起，累计投入项目的直接支出达到资助经费总额2倍以上的，拨付第一期经费；累计投入项目的直接支出达到资助经费总额4倍以上的，拨付第二期经费；如第一期申请时已满足第二期条件，可将第一、二期合并拨付。直接支出是指用于宁波项目企业且与申报项目直接相关的支出。

入选的人才和团队符合相关条件的，还可享受落户地配套资助，场地补贴、贷款贴息、人才公寓、工作津贴等系列配套政策。
