关于征集“2021中国·宁波海外留学人才创业行”海外人才（项目）的通知

“2021中国·宁波海外留学人才创业行”拟于2021年9月17日举行。本次活动拟通过“线上+线下+全球直播”联动实现全球互动。因受海外疫情影响，此次不做现场邀请，仅用于线上需求单位对接及现场展板展示、优秀项目路演。

征集条件：符合国家、省级人才工程、宁波市“甬江引才工程”人才计划或各区县（市）人才计划的海外留学人才。学历原则上硕士及以上，新材料，工业互联网，关键核心基础件三大科创高地领域优先。要求海外留学人才报名时必须提供拥有自主知识产权的创新创业项目，以便与宁波企业园区高校院所对接洽谈，已有对接意向的优先。

请留学人才严格按要求填写真实完整信息，于2021年8月15日前填写附件中的报名表，与身份证件、学位证书扫描件和创业计划书一起发到email进行报名。
