2021年海外人才上海自贸区创业汇通知

“海外人才上海自贸区创业汇”主体活动由上海市科协、浦东新区区委组织部、浦东新区科经委、自贸区管委会张江管理局4家单位联合主办，是中国（上海）自由贸易试验区海外人才离岸创新创业基地的品牌活动，也是上海自贸区和浦东创新创业国际化发展的标志性活动。自离岸基地成立以来，创业汇主体活动已成功举办5届，共吸引来自欧洲、亚太、北美的38个国家和地区的近2900个优秀项目积极参与。

为进一步促进境内外创新资源聚集，2021年海外人才上海自贸区云+上海创业汇主体活动将于2021年8月中旬用线上与线下相结合的方式举办，现在进入项目征集环节，热情欢迎您的加入。

全欧华人专业协会联合会(FCPAE)聚合了分布在欧洲十余个国家的六十个华人专业协会和机构，两万余名高层次专业人才，是欧洲最大的华人专业人士组织。全欧华人专业协会联合会设有上海代表处，与上海科协是长期重要的合作伙伴关系。

2021年“云+创业汇”旨在吸引3类项目参加活动：

（1）海外初创项目
（2）留学生创业项目
（3）各孵化器、园区在孵项目

项目须符合以下条件：

（1）属于集成电路、生物医药、人工智能三大核心行业领域；

（2）具有创新能力和高成长潜力；

（3）有自主知识产权；

（4）核心团队中至少一人具有海外工作、学习或外籍背景；

（5）核心成员平均年龄低于55岁。
