2018 “创赢太仓” 全球创业大赛设三个海外赛区，旨在宣传太仓创新创业环境，深入实施“人才新政20条”，海纳百川引进全球英才，激发人才创业活力，发挥高层次人才的支撑引领作用，为海外高层次人才打造高端创新创业平台，吸引优秀人才、项目来太仓落户发展。
