北京大学德国校友会2015年年会暨会议报告征文启事

各位校友:

经理事会商议,北京大学德国校友会将于今年3月召开包括学术报告/换届选举/校友联谊等活动的校友会第二次年会。

此次会议也是各位在德国的北大校友广泛交流最新技术和研究成果的平台,是各专业探讨时事动向、科学前沿,发展趋势、未来策略及文化历史等的论坛。年会也将是涉及不同领域的学术报告会。

理事会在此热诚邀请广大校友踊跃投稿并积极报名参加会议。有意做报告者,请提交一份1至3页的摘要或文章原文,可以用中文或英文书写。一般报告的时间为15-20分钟。报告语言为中文,报告的投影片可用中文,德文或英文书写。推荐使用微软PowerPoint。会议将提供视频投影仪。

如果作者同意,投稿文章将在会议录及北京大学德国校友会网页上发表,并推荐给北京大学校友总会和北京大学出版社。理事会将从中选出在本次会议上做报告的论文。

请投稿校友于2015年3月5日前把论文或摘要以微软Word DOC的格式电邮给理事会: vorstand@pkuaa.de

会议费用:
1. 会议报名免费。
2. 会议酒店双人间每人每晚30欧元,单人间每晚60欧元。12岁以下的小孩可以免费住大人房间,没有加床。13以上的小孩同大人费用。费用已包括了自助早餐、服务等费用及7%的增值税。
3. 3月21日晚餐15欧/每人(8菜一汤水果茶,酒水自理)。

参会补助:
本次会议对参会的校友会正式会员补助3月21日酒店费用30欧。
对报告者补助3月21日酒店费用30欧及晚餐15欧。

会员资格:
依校友会章程,所有在德(或曾经在德)的北大校友,如果个人同意,都是校友会的当然成员。正式会员是指入会后无间断交纳会费的会员。正式会员拥有对理事会的选举权和被选举权。参会者可随个人意愿当场交纳会费而成为正式会员。
