引凤工程基地成立为海归创业搭建新平台

　　据留学生网的编辑了解到，4月21号在苏州举行的中国致公党引凤工程基地的落成典礼上，全国人大常委会委员、致公党中央副主席严以新，省政协副主席、致公党江苏省委主委黄因慧等为基地揭牌。

　　引凤工程已连续举办过两届，是2010年正启动的一项旨在引进海外高层次人才在苏州创新创业的工程，是致公党江苏省委为配合江苏省实施的人才强省战略。以“海外留学人员江苏行考察联谊活动”为载体，吸引了五大洲数百位海外博士报名和省内270多家用人单位参与。

　　此次，致公党省委在苏设立中国致公党引凤工程(苏州)基地，旨在为进一步开展好引凤工程，充分发挥与海外联系广泛的优势，搭建人才供需交流平台。引凤工程基地成立以后将落实2012年度引凤工程活动，在做好人才项目交流管理工作的同时，还举办相关高层次会议和活动，积极建设海外留学生人才信息服务平台和引凤工程科技企业孵化器。努力打造成为海外高层次人才回国创新创业综合服务平台，逐步形成国家级的，有特色、有影响力的海外留学生人才工作的新载体、新亮点。
