我们德国华人新能源协会策划组织9-10月回国进行为期30天共10站的新能源与电气领域的交流考察活动，麻烦你转发给在德国的华人朋友们知悉，有兴趣参加的可以同行。

一 参观活动总计十站， 持续约30天。其中各站日程基本安排：

协会组织考察团成员自9月15日起按照如下行程进行各地的参观交流：

1. 9月15日-9月18日 成都 第七届光伏国际联盟CEO高峰论坛-资本与市场之新机遇、新挑战、新发展

主题：光伏企业发展机遇与技术趋势 中欧光伏及新能源产业情况介绍

2. 9月19日-9月21日 中秋节 回家团聚

3. 9月22日-9月24日 杭州 杭州专家与留学人员服务中心、浙江科技大学中德学院（拟定）

主题：留学人才引智政策交流、青年学生留德学习与工作经验交流、新能源德国发展概况介绍、中德科研合作

4. 9月25日-9月28日 天津 第六届中国智能电网大会

主题：智能电网发展 配电网自动化与需求侧管理 中德新能源与智能电网前沿技术

5. 9月29日-9月29日 南京 南京市人才办、中能装备南京技术中心（拟）

主题：智能电网及新能源领域海外专家学者回国创办智能电网领域企业政策介绍与参观

6. 9月30日-10月7日 国庆节 回家休息

7. 10月8日-10月10日 上海 上海电力学院智能电网产学研合作开发中心、同济大学、上海新能源协会

主题：电网技术及新能源科技交流、留学及科研经验交流、新能源领域科研及创业合作项目洽谈

8 10月11日-10月11日 南京 三泰电力技术、江宁智能电网产业园等（拟）

主题： 智能电网技术中德深度比较、电网自动化控制系统技术分析、欧洲电力市场商务拓展讨论

9 10月12日-10月16日 北京 国家电网公司、龙源电力、中国可再生能源协会、清华大学、能源研究院（拟）

主题：大比例新能源并网技术、海上风电发展策略、光伏产业及补贴政策规划、新青年能源暑期调研成果发布会

10 10月17日-10月18日 沿途机动

拟项目：杭州 浙江科技学院自动化与电气工程学院

苏州 苏州供电公司

南通 南通新能源装备产业园

二 各种注意事项：
1 有意参加者，请单独给我写封邮件，写明你可以参加的站名、
可供支配的时间，你的个人简短简历：个人情况，研究领域，可做报告。不超过三句话！

2 无论能否参加，对日程安排有建议或联系参观单位的，也请单独给我写邮件，我会协调安排。

3 本次考察活动原则上交通费用自理，住宿及其他费用原则上协会可联系接待单位解决。但一切取决于考察交流活动效果！我们认为，自己负担费用的活动将更有利于目的明确效果真实！
