【文章导读】2014年台州市“500精英计划”引才计划申报开始，对于高层次创业人才入选者，将给予最高1000万的创业扶持资金。本次申报截止时间为2014年9月10日。

为深入实施“人才引领、创新驱动”战略，进一步汇聚高层次创业创新人才，推动创新型经济社会快速发展，根据《台州市高层次人才评审认定细则》和《台州市高层次人才扶持奖励细则》，现发布2014年台州市“500精英计划”引才公告。

一、申报对象

为贯彻落实“智汇新区·才富普陀”战略，大力吸引和集聚海内外高层次人才，加快孵化培育一批高成长性的科技型企业，更好地促进新兴产业发展和传统产业的转型升级，为普陀实现在舟山群岛新区建设中“跨越崛起、走在前列”的目标提供人才和科技支撑，现将“5515”行动计划公告如下：

一、目标任务

“5515”行动计划是指从2013年起，力争在5年内，紧紧围绕“双轮驱动”战略，重点服务“四区一城”平台建设和“五大百亿”组团工程，以科技创业社区为载体引进50名左右海内外科技创业领军人才，引进5个科技创业领军团队，培养10名科技创业家，力争5名列入国家、省“千人计划”。

二、科技创业领军人才及支持政策

(一)科技创业领军人才，主要指引领我市新兴产业发展方向和传统产业转型需求，带团队、带技术、带项目、带资金来舟山自主创业、兴办企业的海内外高层次人才。积极鼓励现有企业引进领军人才(团队)合作创业。

(二)科技创业领军人才，年龄一般不超过55周岁，每年在舟山工作时间不少于6个月，并具备下列条件：

1.一般应取得硕士学位或副高以上职称，如果项目特别优秀的，可以适当放宽学历、职称条件限制;

The German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) is a center of excellence within the Helmholtz Association that performs translational research on neurodegenerative diseases. The center includes nine high-performing sites in Berlin, Bonn, Dresden, Göttingen, Magdeburg, Munich, Rostock / Greifswald, Tübingen and Witten.

Das Max-Planck-Institut für empirische Ästhetik in Frankfurt am Main erforscht die kognitiven, affektiven, neuronalen und soziokulturellen Grundlagen ästhetischer Wahrnehmungen und Urteile.
Für unsere neu gegründete neurowissenschaftliche Abteilung suchen wir
zwei wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter/innen (Postdocs)
