为了引进一批海内外优秀创新创业领军人才，促进金华市经济文化的快速发展，特发布2012年金华市海内外英才引进计划公告，具体安排如下：

一、申报对象和条件

有在海内外大中型企业或知名高校、科研机构关键岗位从事研发和管理工作经历(在海内外学习并获得学士学位，学成后在海内外工作5年以上;在海内外学习并取得硕士学位，学成后在海内外工作3年以上;在海内外学习并取得博士学位，学成后在海内外工作1年以上)，带项目、带技术、带资金(自带资金100万元人民币以上)来金华创业并具备下列条件之一：

(一)在国际某一学科、技术领域内的学术技术带头人，拥有自主知识产权、市场开发前景广阔、高技术含量的科研成果;

(二)拥有在国内领先或能够填补国内空白项目的核心技术，并具有一定的市场潜力，可进行产业化生产;

(三)能引领我市装备制造业、电子信息、生物医药、新材料(能源)、新能源汽车、节能环保等我市市区优先发展重点产业和战略性新兴产业，现代服务业和生态高效都市农业等先导产业快速发展;

(四)拥有可形成金华市具有良好发展前景的重大项目。

二、优惠政策

(一)启动资金支持。引进人才(团队)实施创新创业项目，经评审，给予50～500万元的创业资助资金。
