甘肃急招海归不受国籍、户籍和身份限制

据甘肃相关负责人介绍，甘肃正面向国内外引进急需紧缺的高层次人才。只要具有较高的创新创业能力，专业技术水平或丰富的管理经验，原则上符合规定相关条件的都可以，到目前为止还没有人数的限制。只要是符合相关要求的国内外人才，一经认定，甘肃政策将帮其解决住房、子女上学和配偶工作等问题。

同时，甘肃省人社厅专业技术人员管理处副处长王刚说，甘肃将力争创造最宽松的环境，引进的急需紧缺高层次人才不受国籍、户籍和身份等限制，可以采用“柔性引进”，引进的人才可以不改变与所属单位人事关系，来甘肃创业或帮助解决具体问题。

到目前为止，甘肃面向国内外引进急需人才，设定了设定了12514个岗位，其中500个重点岗位全部从外地引进，这项工作仍在进行之中。

其实，由此看来，回国留学生人员的机会还是很多的，最重要的就是对自己职业的一个规划，自己要从事一个什么样的工作，给自己一个准确的定位才是最关键的。
