(zunächst befristet bis 14.10.2020)

Das Institute for Integrated Quality Design (IQD) der Johannes Kepler Universität (JKU) Linz, Österreich - www.jku.at/iqd - verfolgt ein interdisziplinäres Forschungs- und Lehrprogramm an der Schnittstelle von Nachhaltigkeits-, Innovations- und Qualitätsmanagement, um Lösungswissen für das Management von (geschlossenen) Produktlebenszyklen zu entwickeln - hierzu nutzen wir u.a. Konzepte wie Nachhaltigkeitsorientierte Innovation, Circular/Cradle to Cradle Design, Produkt-Service-Systeme, Geschäftsmodelle und Managementsysteme. Das IQD ist seit 2016 Mitglied der globalen Circular Economy Initiative der Ellen MacArthur Foundation.

Ihre Aufgaben:
Coaching von Doktoranden und Forschungsprojekten (z.B. Theorie, Methodik, Empirie)
Entwicklung und Durchführung eines eigenen Forschungsprojekts
Publikationen in hochwertigen internationalen Fachzeitschriften
Eigenverantwortliche Lehre (ca. 4 ECTS/Semester)
Kooperation mit strategischen Partnern aus der Praxis
Mitwirkung an der Institutsentwicklung
Besondere Anforderungen:
Begeisterung für Forschung, hohe Leistungsorientierung und Teamspirit
Publikationserfahrung in wissenschaftlichen Fachjournalen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
Praxiserfahrung von Vorteil (z.B. Praktika, Berufstätigkeit)
