Research at the chair of Sustainability Management at the University of Hohenheim focuses on sustainability management with specific emphasis on non-financial reporting, social entrepreneurship/hybrid businesses, business at the Base of the Pyramid, and a general connection of strategic management theories and sustainability.

Start date 01.04.2016 or later. This position is limited for 2 years.
Your tasks:
Research in the fields mentioned above
Joint scientific publications in leading international journals
Acquisition of third-party funds and project management
Teaching at the University of Hohenheim
Your qualifications:
A first class degree (diploma or master) in the field of business and management, majoring in environmental/sustainability management, entrepreneurship, strategic management, or accounting
Excellent knowledge of and experience in empirical research methods
Very good English language skills (written and verbal)
Solid German language skills
Ability to work independently, precisely and self-responsibly in an open and constructive working atmosphere
High levels of commitment and motivation
Good communication skills
