2012年深圳市赴海外人才招聘活动公告

为了进一步加大引进海外高层次人才力度，再创“孔雀东南飞”的新优势，2012年9月深圳市将第八次组团赴海外招揽人才。各项筹备工作正在积极准备，特发布组团赴海外开展人才招聘活动公告如下：

一、工作任务

本次组团赴海外招聘主要任务有五项：一是宣传深圳良好的工作创业环境和最新的人才政策，提升深圳的国际形象和增强海外人才的吸引力;二是举办专场人才招聘活动，延揽一批海外高层次人才来深工作和创业;三是举行我市驻澳洲海外高层次人才联络处挂牌仪式;四是推介2012中国国际人才交流大会，积极开展招展工作，邀请海外机构和专业人才前来参会;五是广泛与海外人才机构、留学生组织座谈交流，搭建沟通联系的通畅渠道。

二、活动时间地点

时间：2012年9月初

地点：分别在澳大利亚、新西兰举办(除往返飞行外，境外停留时间约为10天，经香港不停留)。

三、招聘职位

为适应我市经济发展，促进产业结构优化升级，此次招聘职位主要集中在金融、高新技术、文化、生物医疗、高端服务业和高等教育等领域，征集1000个以上的中高级职位，面向海外公开招聘。

四、组织机构

参照我市以往赴海外招聘人才的做法，本次活动由市主要领导担任招聘团团长，市人力资源和社会保障局为承办单位，整个招聘活动由市外国专家局具体组织实施。

五、其它事项

(一)此次招聘活动继续坚持“政府搭台、企业唱戏”的原则，为减轻企业用人成本，组织费用主要由政府负担。参加招聘单位负担部分布展费用和本单位人员差旅费(具体费用待测算后另行通知)。

(二)凡有招聘人才和项目推介需求的机关、事业单位和各类企业均可报名参加本次海外招聘活动;如本单位不派人参加，也可委托市外国专家局代理招聘。

(三)本次招聘活动主要是招聘我市经济社会发展紧缺和急需的各类海外高层次人才，拟报名参团的各单位请认真筛选职位需求，拟定招聘条件、招聘人数及其它具体要求，明确薪酬待遇。同时，将参照历年做法，在招聘现场由市主要领导出席人才和项目签约仪式。为保证取得良好的招聘效果，请报名参加招聘团(含委托招聘)的单位填好岗位需求表(附表二)和项目合作需求表(附表三)，岗位需求表、项目合作需求表务必于4月5日前报市外国专家局，统一在4月9日先行在海外进行发布。

(四)由于团组规模的限制，各单位参团成员原则上只限1名，参团人员报名表(附表一)请于5月21日前进行报送。

(五)经审核同意参团的相关单位，原则上每个单位自行设计3块展板内容(规格：1米宽X1.2米长)，请于6月11日前送市外国专家局核稿，统一制作和托运。
