2012江浙沪“相聚长三角”活动报名公告

　　上海市人民政府侨务办公室、江苏省人民政府侨务办公室、浙江省人民政府侨务办公室定于2012年9月22日至9月28日联合主办2012“相聚长三角”活动，即日起开始接受报名。

　　本次活动旨在加强与海外华侨华人专家和高层次人才的联系与交流，宣传推介“长三角”地区创新创业发展环境和政策，发挥海外华侨华人资源优势，围绕苏、浙、沪“十二五”发展规划，促进“长三角”地区转变经济发展方式，吸引鼓励海外华侨华人参与 “长三角”地区经济社会建设，为“长三角”地区经济社会发展建言献策。

　　“相聚长三角”活动从2004年开始，已连续成功举办八届，深受海外华侨华人专业人士的欢迎，已成为华侨华人专业人士在“长三角”地区开展交流合作的有效平台，为海外高层次人才回国创新创业提供了良好的机遇。

　　一、日程安排

　　活动采用先分散后集中的形式，即先分别赴江苏、浙江省参加分会场活动，后集中参加上海主会场活动，活动期间将组织项目对接、参观考察、咨询会等活动。

　　9月22日 江苏分会场(镇江)报到;

　　9月23日至25日 江苏分会场活动(镇江、扬州、昆山);

　　9月23日 浙江分会场(嘉兴)报到;

　　9月24日至25日 浙江分会场活动(嘉兴、平湖、海宁);

　　9月25日下午 所有嘉宾赴上海主会场;

　　9月26日-27日 上海主会场活动;

　　(海外华侨华人专家咨询会—主题：智慧城市)

　　9月28日 活动结束。

　　二、报名条件

　　受邀对象需具备下列条件之一：

　　1.在海外科研机构、高校、企业负责关键理论研究或技术研发具有一定学术影响力的领军人才;

　　2.有在“长三角”地区创新创业发展意向，有意回国开展项目投资或合作的华侨华人专业人士;

　　3.属于苏、浙、沪三省市重点发展领域紧缺人才。

　　受邀专家学者及高层次人才提交一份围绕“长三角”地区创新、转型发展或 “智慧城市”建设方面的建言献策材料。

　　三、报名方式

　　申请人请填妥《2012长三角活动申请表》(附后)，选择考查线路(只能选一条线路)：A江苏-上海 B浙江-上海，于7月31日之前发送至报名邮箱，申请一经审定，主办方将发出正式邀请函，最终受邀名单以正式邀请函为准。

　　四、费用

　　活动期间嘉宾在国内的食宿和考察费用由主办方承担，国际旅费及其它费用自理。
