大家好！

参加2024年大连第25届海创周。欢迎携项目报名“海创工程”。
报名方法
1、由团体推荐参加项目路演的海外学子通过海创周网站(www.chinaocs.com)注册信息，点击“海外人才”报名入口。如果已有往届注册账号可直接登录官网报名；
2、务必在“所属推荐机构”处选，以便协会推荐！

人员规模
拟邀请100个高科技项目参加决赛路演，凡被邀请的留学人员，会议期间的食宿费用由组委会承担。

组团目的
协助海外学子申报第11批“大连市海外学子尖端人才归国创业工程”(简称“海创工程”)，争取机会获得100万-1000万元研发资助、100平方米免费人才公寓。
欧美精英创业家协会往年推荐的部分项目业已入围“海创工程”，成功先例为后续团队成员的企业落地不仅打下基础而且蹚出坦途，希望与持有在大连创业意向的海归同仁分享有益经验，达到既事半功倍又心想事成目的。
参会条件
1、在海外取得硕士以上学位或在海外大学、研发机构、知名企业有研发和工作经历的海外高层次人才。
2、申报人是项目(企业)创始人或创始团队核心人员，为企业主要股东。
3、项目符合智能制造、洁净能源、生命科学、数字文创、半导体制造、新一代信息技术、智慧海洋等产业方向。
4、在国内外拥有独立有效的知识产权或专有技术，技术产品能够填补国内空白，具有市场潜力并可进行产业化生产。
