为深入实施中国科协海智计划，为襄阳和十堰科技和经济发展赋能助力，特举办2022年海智专家荆楚行襄阳会场十堰分会场活动，现通知如下:

一、活动时间、地点

时间：2022年9月18-20日

地点：湖北省襄阳市和十堰市

二、活动主题

海智助力襄阳和十堰科技和经济发展

三、组织机构

主办单位：湖北省科学技术协会

承办单位：襄阳市科学技术协会、十堰市科学技术协会

四、活动议程（北京时间）

9月18日周日报到

9月19日(星期一)

* 活动启动式(上午9:00-10:00)
主要议程:

(1) 前期暖场:播放襄阳城市宣传片;

(2) 襄阳市政府主要领导致欢迎词;

(3) 湖北省委或省政府领导致辞;

(4) 襄阳市政府与有关高校签订战略合作协议;

(5) 海智项目签约、产学研合作签约;

(6) 襄阳市委组织部主要领导推介我市招才引智政策;

茶歇(10分钟)

2、主旨报告(1个海外院士、1个国内院士(10:10-11:50)主要议程:

(1) 请海外院士围绕汽车零部件、生物医药、智能制造产业，就推动襄阳经济建设做专题报告;

(2) 请国内院士就推动襄阳都市圈高质量发展做专题报告;

3、海智项目路演、推介(下午14:00-17:30)

主要内容:分别请6-10名海外专家围绕前沿科技成果及海智项目路演、推介进行项目路演、推介。

9月20日周二返程

五、参会要求

1.创业者；

2.企业高层任职或从事技术研发工作；

3.高校副教授及以上。

六、参会待遇

1. 与襄阳企业合作的机会，落户襄阳创办企业的机会。
2. 组委会给每个选中到襄阳会场线下路演报销路费（两千元封顶）、每位一千元辛苦费，提供免费食宿安排。
