报名杭州活动要求： 1 拥有博士学位 2 有创新创业项目。报名请发1、海外高层次人才情况表， 2、 博士学位复印件， 3、 协会信息汇总表 4、中文简历 5、项目简介 （如果有）。用您中文名命名文件，发送到协会秘书处. 邮件主题写：“您中文名+项目名称+是否申报国千”。

杭州国际人才交流与项目合作大会定于2023年09月27-29日在杭州举行。我们诚挚邀请拥有博士学位的海外留学人员携带创新创业项目报名参加杭州国际人才交流与项目合作大会，大会将为受邀来杭参会的人员提供在杭活动期间的免费食宿。大会日程全部结束后，将对从海外来杭的受邀参会者发放一定标准的国际差旅费补贴（须全程参与大会安排日程）。去年的路补标准是：欧美￥7000，亚洲￥3500。具体标准以正式邀请函为准。

邀请对象

海外人才：一是在海外取得博士学位且有意携创新创业项目回国落地的留学人员；二是在海外取得学士以上学位且有意携创新创业项目来杭发展的非华裔外国人；三是海外人才创新创业团队代表；四是在海外取得博士学位,在产业、专业领域具有独特影响力的海外高层次人才。
