Im Deutschen Bergbau-Museum Bochum (DBM) der DMT-Gesellschaft für Lehre und Bildung mbH, Forschungsmuseum der Leibniz-Gemeinschaft, sind ab dem 01. Oktober 2015, befristet für die Dauer von 36 Monaten, 2 wissenschaftliche Stellen im von der RAG-Stiftung geförderten Forschungsprojekt „Vom Boom zur Krise: Der deutsche Steinkohlenbergbau nach 1945“ zu besetzen:

Aufgabengebiet:
Im Forschungsprojekt werden zwei Themenlinien etabliert, die die Transformationsprozesse des Bergbaus an der Ruhr in Einzelprojekten erforschen. In der Themenlinie 1 (Innovationskulturen im Wandel nach 1945) werden die bergbauspezifischen Innovationsleistungen in den Feldern Technik, Wissenschaft und Unternehmensorganisation/-strategie untersucht. In der Themenlinie 2 (Transformation von Industrielandschaften) werden die Konversionsprozesse montanindustriell geprägter Industriereviere unter vorrangig politischen und ökonomischen Gesichtspunkten sowie den daraus abgeleiteten Strategien der (industrie-)kulturellen In-Wert-Setzung vor allem in der zweiten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts erforscht.
