【文章导读】海归创业广州留学回国人员创业

吸纳海归来穗创业

编者从中国留学人员广州科技交流会办公室获悉，为吸引更多海外高层次人才加入广州城市建设，激发其创业热情，广州市将开展第二届广州十大优秀留学回国人员评选表彰活动，并在年底第14届留交会上进行表彰。目前，符合条件的在穗留学回国人员可登陆留交会网站进行预报名。

据悉，这是广州第二次举行十大优秀留学回国人员评选表彰。首届“广州十大优秀留学回国人员”入选人员中，既有科技创新企业董事长，也有学校校长，更有两院院士。另据了解，“广州十大优秀留学回国人员”评选活动将在市人才工作协调小组领导下进行，由中国留学人员广州科技交流会办公室组织实施，聘请省内外有关专家组成评选委员会进行评审。12月留交会上，由广州市委市政府对获奖者进行表彰。

参选者应在广州地区连续工作三年以上，且每年在穗工作时间一般不少于6个月，在自己的领域取得重大创新成果，例如在自然科学、农业科学、医药科学取得重大发现;在重大工程、重要科技攻关创造性地解决了关键性技术难题;在现代管理和体制改革中开拓创新，显著提高管理水平和工作效率，产生显著的经济效益和社会影响力等等。

申报时间：自10月28日至11月15日。需要递交的《第二届“广州十大优秀留学回国人员”评选创业人才申报书》、《第二届“广州十大优秀留学回国人员”评选创新人才申报书》或《第二届“广州十大优秀留学回国人员”技术发明成果申报书》的电子文档可登录中国留学人员广州科技交流会网站(http://www.ocs-gz.gov.cn)“资料下载”栏下载。材料申报地址为广州市越秀区府前路2号府前大厦520室中国留学人员广州科技交流会办公室。
