Die SRH Hochschule Heidelberg ist eine der ältesten und bundesweit größten privaten Hochschulen. Zurzeit sind 3.000 Studierende an sechs Fakultäten eingeschrieben. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams der Akademie für Hochschullehre suchen wir zum 01.10.2015 einen Akademischen Mitarbeiter/Postdoktorand w/m mit dem Schwer punkt kompetenzorientiertes Prüfen in Vollzeit. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Prüfungsformen
Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung alternativer Prüfungsformen
Durchführung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
Übernahme organisatorischer und repräsentativer Aufgaben in der Akademie für Hochschullehre

Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Promotion in Psychologie, Pädagogik oder Sozialwissenschaften
Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Lehre und Prüfungen
Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, Lern- und Prüfungsprozesse aktiv nach dem CORE-Prinzip zu gestalten
Innovationskraft zur Weiterentwicklung unserer dynamischen Hochschule
Kommunikationstalent, sicheres Auftreten sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise im Team
